Svendborg Sund Camping is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the website, orders, pick-up, booking, customer accounts, and customer service.

2. What information do we process?

We can process common personal data such as name, address, email, phone number, order information, payment status, pickup date, delivery or booking information, messages to customer service, account/user information, and technical information about the use of the website.

Payment information is typically processed by the payment provider. We usually only receive the payment status, transaction reference, and necessary order data.

3. Why do we process information?

• To receive, process, and deliver orders.
• To handle pick-up, booking, date-based products, and customer service.
• To send order confirmations, practical messages, and service communications.
• To meet accounting, VAT, and bookkeeping obligations.
• To protect the website against misuse and improve the user experience.
• To apply statistics, marketing, or external media, if you have consented.

4. Treatment basis

We process information when necessary to fulfill an agreement with you, to comply with legal obligations, based on our legitimate interest in secure operations and customer service, or based on your consent, e.g., for statistics and marketing.

Accounting and invoice information is typically stored for 5 years according to the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Customer account and support information is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, unless legislation requires longer retention.
